FlowPilot Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowPilot’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

FlowPilot offers turn-key project management services for solar contractors, including but not limited to project updates, third-party coordination, and data insights.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the authority to enter into binding contracts to use our services.

4. Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

5. Service Fees

FlowPilot charges a flat fee of $500 per completed project. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge the fees and agree to make timely payments. Fees may be subject to changes, and we will notify you of any changes before they take effect.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use FlowPilot’s services in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any content or data you provide to us. FlowPilot reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service if there is a violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by FlowPilot, including but not limited to logos, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of FlowPilot. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent from FlowPilot.

8. Third-Party Services

FlowPilot may interact with third-party entities, such as permitting offices and HOAs, on your behalf. While we strive to expedite processes, we cannot guarantee the performance or actions of third parties. FlowPilot is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

10. Disclaimers

FlowPilot provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Changes to the Terms

FlowPilot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website or contacting you via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

FlowPilot may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, all provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These terms and your use of FlowPilot’s services are governed by the laws of the state of CA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in CA.
